2025 Garbage Holiday Schedule
Days on which trash pick up will be delayed by one day:
Wednesday, Jan. 1 – New Year’s Day (Collections will be delayed by one day the week of Jan. 1-5. Residents should leave cans at the curb until they are collected.)
Monday, Jan. 20 – Martin Luther King Jr. Day (Collections will be delayed by one day)
Monday, May 26 – Memorial Day (Collections will be delayed by one day)
Thursday, June 19 – Juneteenth (Collections will be delayed by one day)
Friday, July 4 – Independence Day (No delay)
Monday, Sept. 1 – Labor Day (Collections will be delayed by one day)
Tuesday, Nov. 11 – Veterans Day (Collections will be delayed by one day)
Thursday-Friday, Nov. 27-28 – Thanksgiving (Thursday routes will be collected Friday)
Thursday, Dec. 25 – Christmas (Collections will be delayed by one day)

Community Dues are $250.00 per year and payable through Elevate Management Solutions (the HOA Management Agency).
Checks/Money Orders made payable to Chimney Creek HOA and mailed to:

Or members may email Elevate to make an appointment to drop off their payment at their office.
